In the SWOT analysis, our “Forest Life” team talked about “The village of the doll”, where many mannequins were left around a village in Japan, due to the local population dwindles. We discussed that although depopulation is a serious issue in the rural area, there is much opportunity to develop the area by utilizing their vast lands and natural resources.
Then we chose “Second house” as a measure to get over this weakness and threats, as Second House can easily invite urban people to the rural area and let them know a wonderful forest life.
